A seasoned BizDev resource tells me that following skills are pillars for success of a business development manager:
- Negotiation Skills with proper business conduct
- Business Modeling with ROI asset evaluation
- Organizational Maturity Skills
- Deal Strategy Skills
Whats your opinion?

I would add a few more pillars just to reinforce the foundations :) - Innovation, Entrepreneural skills and most fundamentally very incisive business networking skills. I think the rest is the implementation part of it.
Very True DJ, networking is the foundation - not only outside but inside you organization as well! Innovation more like thinking outside the box. Entrepreneur skills are very broad and i would say a BDM is subset of it :).
